This is so great, Quinn!! Thank you for sharing!! (side note, I actually use Clockify at work to track my time and how I spend it, it is also how my contractors track their hours, so I love that this article is produced by them!)
I am CONSTANTLY the person saying I do not have enough time for anything, so I love this reminder that there are a lot of things I can do in 10 minutes. And, yes, I often have 10 minutes to get things done. My spouse and I have started this practice of trying to do something productive every day when he gets home work -- it can be 1 load of laundry, it could be a major project, it could be cooking dinner together - but being intentional about not just plopping down on the coach and watching TV or getting on our laptops has helped my mental health and made me feel more productive and less overwhelmed about all of the house chores we need to get done.
Thanks for this share and giving me some other ideas to add my list!

Came across this list of things you can do in 10 minutes to be productive/spark productivity and wanted to share with this community.
1.4 is "write a to-do list," which reminds me that I saw this great post from a friend of mine this morning as I was (unproductively) scrolling through instagram, where she reminds us --
Hi! Your to-do list is unrealistic. (Someone had to tell you)
Let's call that "The List of Things That Have to Be Written Down Somewhere" or simply, "Unrealistic Human List"
Here's a new to-do list for you:
Understand that my former to-do list was unreasonable and that I am just one person for God's sake
Sleep.
Eat while thinking about eating.
Say "I love you."
If you were very attached to that ridiculous other list, I'll tell you what. You may keep 5 things on it. Everything else must be donated. (Or at least put in storage.)
It's a really good reminder to not just /make a to-do list/ but to make a realistic to-do list. One that involves tasks that need to be done, sure, but also involves at least some form of self-care. #themoreyouknow
