I was recently reading this article about how Gen Z is changing the workplace.
The article had some interesting points about Gen Z's impact on the workplace, but one fact stood out. According to the article, for the first time in history, there are five generations at work --- the Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z.
It got me thinking, what can the different generations learn from each other at work? How can we share our experiences and knowledge with each other in a respectful way that starts conversations?
Curious to hear your thoughts!
