Remember that the culture fit is as much an opportunity for the job seeker to interview the employer. Did the interviewer say something that raised red flags about the organization's culture? If so, listen to that "off" feeling because maybe your gut is telling you that it's not the great fit that you think it is.
When I interview candidates for a job, I always invite them to contact me after the fact with questions. I think
@Taylor Evans Ghosal has great advice about reaching out with a thank you. (As I mentioned in an earlier post, I think the post-interview check in is super important.) Maybe that would be a good opportunity to get answers to your questions about the organization's culture or reiterate why you think you'd be an asset.
Good luck!

Subject: I think I failed the culture fit interview. What now?
I found a job posting through LinkedIn that was perfect for me, or so I thought. The skills were a total match, and I felt like I could also grow through the position. I was pumped when I got an interview, and it started off cool, but I started to get a little bit of an "off" feeling as we continued. I really feel like I aced the skills questions, but maybe I failed the "culture fit?" What should I do now?
