    We often forget that to be helpful in our lives to others, we must first be helpful to ourselves.
    Meditation is a very good way to start on a journey of self help.
    Please keep in mind that a large part of self is making sure that we do not live looking out the rearview mirror, that is only for reference. Keep looking forward and look up to the sky or across a pond or trees swaying. You will only be good for others if you are good to self.

    Thank you for this mindfulness advice @James Klynman. It's important to remember that we have to take care of ourselves so we can be better members of our community. The hustle and bustle of every day life can make that easy to forget!
