Truly an interesting subject. Advice from a 77 year old young person.
You have the rest of your life in front of you. Keep looking through the front windshield and not your rear window. When you make a decision, make it for your forward movement. Think from your mind down and not from your emotions up. Don't just jump at a job for a paycheck but a job that has a future that you will be happy at. Don't work where your not happy, because retirement is a long way off.
Do not do something to make someone else happy, but do what makes you happy.
Lastly, consider taking off for six months or a year and find yourself before getting into what's next.
Enjoy life for you not for others.

Subject: What's your timeless advice for new grads?
I don't know if you know this about Chicago, but there are A LOT of universities in this city, and, since it's graduation season, I've been thinking about the class of 2023.
The world (and the job market) is very different from when I graduated college exactly a decade ago. But, I was wondering, do Connectors have timeless advice for graduates, advice that will hopefully be true years from now? What should the class of 2023 know about job hunting, how to adult, or even just life?
Curious to hear your thoughts!
