Women in positions of leadership are leaving companies at historically high rates. According to a Women in the Workplace report, "Women are still dramatically underrepresented in leadership: only 1 in 4 C-suite executives is a woman, and only 1 in 20 is a woman of color."
Intersectional, inclusive workplaces allow people to bring their whole selves to the workplace. Inclusion also goes beyond making people feel welcomed — it's sustainable and ongoing.
