We know that finding the right match can seem overwhelming, and we’re here to help. When you sign up, we’ll ask you to share a few key pieces of information, then recommend mentors or mentees who fit your goals and expectations. We’ll even get you started with an introduction message!
We keep it flexible.
We recommend that mentors and mentees meet regularly for approximately 6 months, but you can work together to decide what’s best for you based on your goals and availability. Maybe you need to meet weekly for 2 months, or monthly for a year! We’re here to support your journey, whatever that looks like.
We’re a community.
Connect offers more than just mentoring, which means there’s opportunities to grow, right here online. Mentors and mentees can:
- network with Connectors who share similar interests and goals
- complete activities tied to their goals, like writing blog posts, or planning events
And by the way, our mentors are certifiably awesome. Not only are they leaders in their communities and organizations, they are fully committed to bringing out the best in others. How are we so sure? Connect mentors are required to complete a certification course through Rotary’s Learning Center, so they are ready to guide you toward your best self.
